These terms cover this site and the promotions it describes. NineWin's own terms, shown when you register and when you claim an offer, take priority wherever the two differ.
Eligibility
Players must be at least 18 and legally allowed to gamble where they live. One account is allowed per person. NineWin does not accept players from certain countries, including the United States, Spain and France.
Welcome package
The package covers the first three deposits, each of at least £20: 100% up to £500 plus 150 free spins on the first, 55% up to £500 plus 100 free spins on the second, and 100% up to £500 on the third — 255% up to £1,500 plus 250 free spins in total. The bonus carries 35x wagering on the bonus amount, and free-spin winnings are credited as bonus funds under the same requirement. The package is optional.
Other promotions
The high-roller bonus (code 50HIGH) is a 50% match up to £500. The Sunday reload (code RELDAY) is a 25% match up to £100. Weekly cashback of up to 25% is calculated on net losses, and rakeback of up to 18% on the house edge of wagers placed. Each promotion carries its own conditions, shown when you claim it.
Game weighting
Slots count 100% towards wagering. Live casino and table games count at a lower rate or not at all, and certain titles are excluded from bonus play.
Verification
NineWin verifies identity, address and payment method before the first withdrawal and for larger withdrawals. Supplying documents early avoids delays.
Withdrawals
Crypto withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval, card withdrawals within one to three business days and bank transfers within 72 hours.
Licence
NineWin is operated by Pointissimo B.V. under a Curaçao licence and is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission. UK statutory dispute resolution is not available.
Changes
